You may have noticed that the Parks of Coppell HOA has put “No Fishing Signs Except for Parks of Coppell Residents” at the canal banks. The residents in Parks of Coppell HOA pay very high dues which include a payment to Magnolia Fisheries to maintain and stock the canal so their residents can fish. They have noticed that more non-resident folks are driving up with coolers, fishing, and taking away what they catch. As a neighborly gesture, we’ve agreed to post this note reminding folks that our nearby fishing is at Andy Brown Park.
